WBCS Preliminary Examination (2020) result published on 16th September, 2020. The examination was held on 9th February, 2020. After a gap of seven months, PSC declared the result today on their official website.
4690 candidates qualified for the written (main) examination, which is said to be held in December, 2020. It was a pdf file of 143 pages where the marks of the last qualified candidates (cut-off) are mentioned as—
Undoubtedly, it is a huge cut-off, first time in the history of WBCS preliminary examination. Last year it was 105 for the UR aspirants. It may be because of the level of question paper, this time it was quite easier.
So, dear aspirants who have secured the respective cut-off marks, wish them and all the best for you upcoming main exam.
